A hood and veil concealed her features, but he could see the candles burning in the green pools of her eyes. The sept was still and dark, until a woman emerged from the shadows and walked slowly to the bier. That night he dreamt that he was back in the Great Sept of Baelor, still standing vigil over his father’s corpse.
